Shop repair time is approximately 2 Business Days for non-warranty items. Part's order time is not included. Labor is $80.00 per hour. Minimum charge is $50.00. A fee of $50.00 will be charged for estimates.

All service is done in-house. Any onsite service will be charged for travel time and cost in addition to the normal hourly labor charge.

The manufacturers' warranty covers hardware only.Operating system or application related software problems, comsumable (toner, ribbons, ink cartridges, etc.) and service parts that we do not install are not covered under warranty. The minimum charge of $50.00 is applicable if no problem is found. Connecting Point is not responsible for customer data, but we will make every effort possible to recover any data. All charges shall be paid by the customer on pick-up of equipment.
